Raised in South Dakota, Derek earned an accounting degree from the University of South Dakota before beginning his career with KPMG in San Antonio. He joined Central Texas Lath & Plaster in 2000 and now oversees daily operations with a focus on service, quality, and safety. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two sons.
Houston has nearly two decades of construction experience across Texas and the Southwest. He oversees field and pre-construction operations, builds strong teams and client relationships, and helps lead the continued growth of the company’s masonry and concrete divisions with a focus on quality, performance, and execution.

Before joining the company, she worked as a staff accountant for a CPA firm, building a strong foundation in accounting and problem-solving. She takes pride in supporting both office and field teams with organization, dependability, and a willingness to help.
Reagan brings a background in account management, client relations, and customer success to Central Texas Co. Before joining the company, she managed more than 40 client accounts across multiple industries, leading onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Oklahoma State University.

Kyle oversees daily masonry field operations, safety, and quality control, ensuring reliable project execution. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and son.

He gained hands-on experience as both a laborer and foreman before moving into leadership. Today, he oversees field operations across all projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and children, church, hunting, and fishing.
